TV presenter Giles Vickers Jones came to NuBeginnings with one aim – to get in shape for his upcoming wedding to fiancée Anna. Giles and Anna decided that they wanted to attend NuBeginnings together to escape the stress of planning for a wedding, spend quality time with each other and get themselves in the best possible shape for their big day.

Both Giles and Anna had always exercised and maintained a healthy lifestyle but like so many people had problems shifting those last few pounds and toning those flabby bits! They also felt they needed to learn more about healthy eating and cutting out the bad stuff! Giles had a more significant amount of weight to lose to make sure he could get in to his suit and Anna was keen to learn more about healthy eating and tone up any problem areas ensuring that her wedding dress would fit perfectly in all the right places.

After a 7 day stay at NuBeginnings which included hikes, belly dancing, yoga, gym sessions, pilates, cookery classes and hypnotherapy, Giles and Anna were like a new couple. Giles lost a fantastic 11 pounds and Anna lost 5 pounds and a staggering 4 inches from her waist.

Giles and Anna returned from their stay looking and feeling great. The stunning photo shoot of their wedding that featured in OK! magazine shows that with a little help from the NuBeginnings team they definitely achieved their goal of getting in shape for their wedding.
